Metsän arvoitus?
The gentle sound of birdsong.
A branch breaks with a snap and a squirrel hops down,
When you’re in the forest, you know, you don’t have to be alone.
A strange map is found on the ground,
What on earth could it be?
A friend will help you if it’s assistance you need.
Live music and Anna-Liisa Tarvainen’s delightful dolls lead us into a woodsy adventure. Come experience the wonders of the forest!
The festival organiser, Teatteri Mukamas, is a professional puppet theatre based in Tampere, founded in 1979. Its performances create shared experiences for children and adults alike. Mukamas’ idyllic home venue is located in Pispala, Tampere, but the theatre also tours extensively throughout Finland. International collaboration is another essential part of the theatre’s activities. Since 1999, Teatteri Mukamas has organised the international MUKAMAS Festival every other year.
