Children’s Sunday

On Festival Sunday, Teatteri Mukamas’ courtyard comes alive with a fun-filled day for the whole family! The programme offers plenty to see, do and experience for visitors of all ages. All activities are free of charge. 

Mukamas’ own performance Kesäjuhlat will be presented at 12:00 and 13:00. In addition to the performances, the courtyard will feature a variety of activity stations with plenty to do and discover. The Waffle Bar will be open throughout the event.

KESÄJUHLAT at 12:00 and 13:00 (Duration: 25 min) 

ACTIVITY STATIONS: 

BEANBAG GAME – A fun and easy target-throwing game for the whole family. 

COLOUR-YOUR-OWN PUPPET – Choose your favourite character and colour your very own theatre puppet. 

CAT NOSE OR A HEART ON YOUR CHEEK (limited time) – 
Face painting. Choose a fun face-painting style to suit your Children’s Sunday look. 

THE WOVEN GUEST BOOK 
Throughout the day, everyone can take apart in creating Mukamas’ very own woven guest book. 

HOBBY HORSE RIDING RING 
The regular residents of Mukamas’ hobby horse stable – Bukefalot, Black Beauty and Lady Rose – are eagerly waiting for riders.
