Näkymättömät Kumppanit – työpaja lapsille
Microbes live on our skin, inside and around us, and affect our lives in many ways every day. Some of them can cause us harm, but many help us digest food, protect us from diseases and keep our minds healthy. A healthy microbial community protects our health.
Researchers have found a lot of interesting research information about microbes, but there is still a lot unknown in our shared world. Our expedition gets to know some of our well-known microbial partners and searches for still unknown creatures using imagination, senses, visual arts and puppetry. In the workshop, you play and make your own imaginative microbe dolls, which you can take home with you at the end.
Let’s go on a research trip together with your own adult! Everyone is welcome, but the workshop is best suited for children aged 3-8 and their adults. Book your place for the FREE workshop! The workshop is part of the Microbial Childhood -project funded by Maj and Tor Nessling’s Foundation, which is connected to Tahmela’s new microbe-friendly kindergarten.
